Treat all members with respect and kindness. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes unwanted messages, explicit content, and any behaviour that makes another member feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
Your profile must represent you honestly. Do not use fake photos, false information, or impersonate another person. All members are Singpass-verified to maintain community trust. Profiles that misrepresent identity will be immediately suspended.
The following are not permitted on BumbleByrd: commercial solicitation or spam; sharing explicit, violent, or illegal content; attempting to access other members' accounts; using bots or automated tools; promoting illegal activities; and any behaviour that violates Singapore law.
When meeting other members in person: always meet in public places for first dates; tell a friend or family member your plans; trust your instincts and leave if you feel uncomfortable; do not share personal financial information; and report any suspicious behaviour to our trust and safety team.
If you encounter any violation of this policy, please report it immediately through the in-app reporting feature or email trust@lovla.cloud. All reports are investigated promptly and confidentially. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
