This Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) Notice explains how BumbleByrd Pte. Ltd. collects, uses, and protects your personal data in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). BumbleByrd is committed to safeguarding your personal information.
We collect your personal data to: provide matchmaking and concierge services; verify your identity through Singpass; match you with compatible members based on your preferences and compatibility profile; communicate important platform updates and match notifications; and ensure the safety and security of our community.
We collect: identification data (name, NRIC hash via Singpass, date of birth); contact data (email, phone number); profile data (photos, bio, interests, preferences); usage data (app interactions, match history); and payment data (processed securely through Stripe, not stored on our servers).
By using BumbleByrd, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in this Notice. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer, though this may limit our ability to provide certain services.
Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to your personal data and to correct any inaccuracies. Submit requests to dpo@lovla.cloud and we will respond within 30 days.
