Last updated: June 2026. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BumbleByrd platform ("Platform"), operated by BumbleByrd Pte. Ltd. ("BumbleByrd", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Singapore. By accessing or using BumbleByrd, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using any part of BumbleByrd, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. BumbleByrd uses Singpass verification to confirm member identity — you agree to complete this verification process.
BumbleByrd offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis and automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with Singapore's Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
You agree to use BumbleByrd respectfully and lawfully. Prohibited behaviour includes: harassment, bullying, or intimidation of other members; sharing explicit or inappropriate content; impersonating another person; using the Platform for commercial purposes without written consent; and any activity that violates Singapore law.
While we verify members through Singpass, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all profile information. You are responsible for your own safety when meeting other members. We strongly recommend meeting in public places and informing a friend of your plans.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy and PDPA Notice for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that threatens the safety of our community. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
